Please join us for this therapeutic/healing drum circle and help improve your overall wellness through drumming! Drumming has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, increase joy, lower blood pressure and heart rate, make meaningful connections, practice mindfulness, provide an opportunity for creative expression and many more benefits.

No experience is necessary. You may bring your own hand drum, djembe drum or percussion instrument or use one of ours.
