Step into Nature. Step into Healing.
Join the Compassionate Leadership Project & USOA Ms. Wells Angie Adrien for a Healing Hike!
🗓 Labor Day – Monday, September 1st at 11:00 AM
📍 Arethusa Falls via Bemis Brook and Arethusa Falls Trails, Bartlett, New Hampshire
Sometimes the first step toward healing is the one you take outside your comfort zone. This Healing Hike is more than a walk in the woods—it's a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and community connection.
Together, we’ll explore the breathtaking 2.8-mile Arethusa Falls Trail, a moderately challenging out-and-back route that features waterfalls, forest paths, and a stunning finale at the falls. It takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete and is the perfect setting to reflect, reset, and recharge.
This hike is part of USOA Ms. Wells Angie Adrien’s #AdventureHeals movement—a call to reconnect with nature, face challenges with courage, and find strength through shared experience. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting your journey, this is your invitation to grow, move, and heal.
🌿 What to Bring:
💧🍎 Water & nourishing snacks

✨ Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
Let’s hike, heal, and rise—together. #AdventureHeals
