1. **Red Blend - Charcuterie Board**
A delightful assortment of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, olives, and seasonal fruits. Perfectly paired with a rich red blend to enhance the flavors. Garnished with crusty bread and house-made spreads for a complete experience.
2.** Grenache Rosé - Greek Stuffed Tomato Salad**
A refreshing salad featuring ripe, juicy Tomato, Kalamata olives, red onion, cucumber, capers and fresh herbs like parsley and mint. Drizzled with a tangy lemon-olive oil dressing, this dish combines vibrant Mediterranean flavors and is served on an over a creamy feta mousse.
3. **Zinfandel - Jerk Meatballs (Appetizer)**
Spicy and aromatic jerk-seasoned meatballs, served with a tangy mango salsa.
4. **Grenache Noir - Lemon Herbed Chicken with Roasted Veggies and Mushroom Risotto**
Juicy lemon-herbed chicken grilled to perfection, accompanied by a medley of roasted seasonal vegetables. Served alongside creamy mushroom risotto that adds richness to the dish, all harmoniously paired with the elegant notes of Grenache Noir.
5. **Grenache Rosé - Dessert: Orange Tea Cake**
A light and refreshing orange-flavored cake, drizzled with a citrus glaze. This dessert is a delightful finish to the meal, with the Grenache rosé providing a crisp and fruity contrast that enhances the cake's flavors.
