Walk for a Cause

Come walk with us every Thursday morning to raise money for Not Forgotten Home & Community Services! We’ll gather at the library and head out at 9 a.m. Participants can choose to walk the predesignated 1-mile or 2-mile loop up Brownsville Rd. and back.

How does walking raise money? For every 20 miles the group walks collectively, the library will donate $5.

Also, donors can sponsor walkers, too! We’ll be walking April 10 - October 23 (29 weeks), so there’s potential for up to 58 miles of walking per person.

Come get moving and support an impactful Pittsburgh based non-profit while you’re at it, or sponsor a walker and help out that way!
