Labor Day Hitting Session

If your daughter is trying out for middle school ball, preparing for fall ball, or just misses being on the field and wants to keep working until next season, this is a great opportunity to work with former college players and elite local high school hitters!

The session will include:
1. Breakdown of the swing
2. Instruction and drills focusing on correct mechanics, generating power in your swing, timing and improving offensive production.
3. Discussion of pitch selection
4. Mental approach and confidence in their at-bats!

Cost is $55 for 2 hours. Please bring bat, helmet and water!
