Join us on Friday, November 21st for a deadlift party and weightlifting event dedicated to giving back. Athletes come together to lift heavy, build community, and collect food donations to help families in need during the holidays. It’s a celebration of strength, generosity, and gratitude.
* Come in and hit your PR's on our platforms.
* We will have spotters, music and beverages.
* We will have meet style lighting setup for photography.

This event is open to members and non-members. All we require for a drop-in fee is a non-perishable food item.
