Effecting Change Book Club

I want to join with like-minded folks to actively work towards effecting change to prevent a dictatorship and repeat of events that cause severe hardship and divide for decades after.

We will discuss the book On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder. READING THE BOOK BEFOREHAND IS NOT REQUIRED! If you would like your own copy, please visit Ballast Books upstairs and if you let them know it's for book club, you get 10% off. They may also have limited copies of the graphic novel version!

I will bring postcards if you want to fill one out, I will happily mail them.

We had such a big group for the first meeting (YAY!) that we will break up into smaller groups for this meeting. Breakfasty snackies will be provided, feel free to bring some shareables if you like!

The meeting is happening before Pub open hours, so under 21 will be allowed until Noon.

I'm not the most organized or well-spoken, but I will do my best to keep the group focused and on track!
