Laura Phelps is coming to Dungeon Fitness in Bremerton, Washington for the Conjugate Methods Clinic! In this seminar, we will cover:
*Discussion of the Conjugate Method and Programming
*Technique Demonstrations and Hands on Work in the Box Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift
*Demonstrations and work with special exercises to improve weaknesses.
*This Seminar is open and beneficial to athletes and coaches of ALL sports, as well as those looking to improve their functional strength for longevity.

About Laura:
