Stretch, breathe, and start your morning with Free Yoga at The Hub!
Join us for an energizing, all-levels outdoor yoga experience led by Red Rock Yoga. These uplifting sessions are the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and enjoy time in our community.

Just bring a yoga mat and water ... and if you don’t have a mat, a towel or blanket works great! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, everyone is welcome. Come flow with us and feel good all day long! 💙🧘‍♀️

This is a FREE event hosted by City of Bremen. No one should be asking for registration or money of any kind.
