Join us for a powerful breath-centered healing experience combined with immersive sound healing, designed to help you move beyond stress, soften the nervous system, and reconnect with the deepest layers of who you are.
Using intentional, rhythmic breathing patterns and supportive sound, this guided journey can open access to expanded states of awareness through your own breath. Many participants report reductions in anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms, along with deep emotional release, inner clarity, and a stronger connection to their soul and inner guidance.
As the breath moves energy through the body, stored tension and suppressed emotions may begin to release, creating space for insight, healing, and renewed vitality. Each experience is unique, but often described as grounding, expansive, and deeply transformative.

No prior experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat, throw blanket, water, and your breath. An eye mask is optional if you’d like to journey inward more deeply.
