Baby + Me Yoga

Baby Carrier Yoga Class with Moonbird followed by play and mingling. A great morning for mom and baby💖

Baby Carrier Yoga is a gentle postnatal class for parents and their pre-crawling babies. Move through safe, supportive yoga poses while wearing your baby in a carrier or sling—staying active while keeping your little one close.

This class focuses on core strength, shoulder opening, and easing tension in the back and neck, with slow movements and calming breath that often soothe babies too. No babysitter needed—just you, your baby, and a supportive space to move, bond, and connect with other new parents.

Suitable for all stages of postpartum recovery. Babies must not yet be crawling.
Please bring your own baby carrier or sling. 💛
