The total distance is 525 km (326 miles).

The start is at the junction R355 and R46 outside of Ceres, Western Cape, South Africa and you have 150 hours to make you way back to the same spot.

In general terms you running north on the R355, turn right onto the R356, then onto the R354, the R63 and the R27 before left back onto the R355 to the finish.
