Front Crawl with Ease

I am running a workshop on finding ease in the way you swim the front crawl with Shaw Method swimming teacher Beth Steiner. The workshop will be held at Brecon Leisure centre on Saturday 19th July 8.45 - 16.00, and the cost is £60. There will be time in and out of the pool.

The Shaw method derives from the Alexander Technique, and Beth and I have been working together for about 2 years during which my own stroke has really improved and I can now do the breathing!
