Join us for a sparkling afternoon of music, memories, and movement at the Daytime Disco with Simply Fit!
Sally Vaughan warmly invites all past and present Simply Keep Fitters to celebrate an incredible milestone — 35 years of her teaching exercise in the Brecon area.

Get ready to dance, laugh, and reminisce as we honour Sally’s dedication and the vibrant community she’s built over the decades. The celebration takes place Friday, 16th January 2026, from 3:30–6:00pm at The Foundry.

The party will be powered by Steve’s Vintage Vinyl Roadshow, spinning classic hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s to get everyone moving and grooving. Whether you’ve been part of Simply Fit from the beginning or joined somewhere along the way, this is the perfect chance to reconnect, celebrate, and enjoy a fun-filled disco afternoon.

Come for the music, stay for the memories — and help celebrate 35 fabulous years of fitness in Brecon!
