Mat Pilates

The word Pilates stands for "stronger core."

Mat Pilates is a fitness program geared toward enhancing your daily functional movement by targeting core strength, balance and total body coordination.

Participants can expect the following outcomes with regular attendance: Increased flexibility Increased core strength

Enhanced total body coordination
Increased sense of concentration and control over bodily movements

Mat Pilates is geared toward enhancing your daily functional movement by targeting core strength, balance and total body coordination.

This is not a high level class, but some Pilates experience may be useful. We recommend those brand new to Pilates to have a personal training session first to become familiar with Pilates motions and cues.
