Scouts BSA Archeology Day Camp

Scouts will receive instruction from experienced archeologists, completing requirements for the Archaeology Merit Badge through hands-on projects, research, and presentations.

This camp will be held over 3 days: July 25th and 26th from 10am to 4pm and July 27th from 1pm to 4pm.

- Participate with an archeological project
- Engage in experimental archeology
- Visit a historic site
- Learn how archeology contributes to history

Additional perquisites will be needed to complete the archeology badge. A packet with all of these activities will be provided to scouts who register to complete prior to the day camp. These requirements can also be completed following the camp on a case-by-case basis.
