Empowering Circle

Sunday 24th Aug at 11am join me for an Empowering Circle, it's an opportunity to join like minded people, creating community, connection and confidence! A sacred space to reflect and release. I will guide the group with intentions, journal prompts, goal setting, affirmations and a guided group meditation. I will host Empowering Circles once a month, in the Yoga Barre, Kilcoole and the cost is €25. Message me for more information or to book your spot! �
