Connection & Creating Hope Boxes with Marie

We believe hope can coexist with grief.

This month’s session — Rise & Spark: Hope — is centred around connection and creating something tangible to support you during difficult moments.

We’ll be joined by Marie, who will gently guide us in creating our own Hope Boxes.

A Hope Box is a simple yet powerful way to reconnect with what matters to you. It becomes something you can turn to when grief feels heavy — when you feel sad, anxious, overwhelmed, or lost.

Your Hope Box might include:

• Photos
• Letters (to yourself or from someone you love)
• Affirmations or poems
• Music or comforting sounds
• Sensory items — scents, textures, grounding objects
• Small treats
• Reminders of your strength and importance
• Things to do when you need comfort or steadiness

Please bring a box of your own, cardboard or something else and anything you'd like to put in your hope box.

Together, we’ll create something personal and supportive — a small container of reassurance, connection, and hope.

✨ A warm, grief-aware, welcoming space
