Course Description:
This beginner-friendly course introduces students to the essential skills needed to decorate cakes and cupcakes with beautiful buttercream piping. Participants will gain hands-on experience using various piping tools and tips to create a range of simple yet impressive decorative designs, including rosettes, shells, borders, and more.

Understand buttercream preparation and how to adjust consistency

Learn the proper use of piping bags and tips

Practice fundamental piping techniques and patterns
