CLASS FULL Cooking Class: Orange Cake & Baked Cod

With January upon us, some of us are craving sunshine. In this cooking class, we will travel to Sicily, where people are wearing t-shirts right now. We will be making a traditional recipe: flourless orange cake! While our cakes are in the oven, we will make an Italian baked cod recipe. Think of it as an all-expenses-paid vacation for your mouth. This class is designed for adults, however children over the age of 8 are welcome to join in with a caregiver. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advanced notice. Early registration is recommended to reserve your spot.
