We will have periods of Meditation, Writing, and optional Reading of what we have written.
Bring a tablet, laptop, or pen & paper. Prompts, pencils, pens, and paper will be available if you don’t have your own.
Our leaders are VIMC practice leader Mary Mathias & VIMC Assistant Teacher Barbi Schulick, who attended Amherst Writers and Artists (AWA) writing workshops together for many years. We will fashion this Retreat after AWA principles. Board member Paula Swenson, who has trained in AWA, will also supply assistance.
