In order to register players and teams inside the next competition it is needed to use the proper forms.
The first form is the License players request form.
This form must be fulfilled with all the players that would like to compete in an IDF tournament (IDF Ranking, IDF Champions League, World or Continental Championships, Open).
The only athlete that are not required to register themselves using this form are the one that are competing in the Sport for all category.
All the data must be fulfilled as they are necessary for the antidoping procedures, registration procedures and the online system that IDF is going to use in the future months. It is compulsory to use a proper email per each player. Each player must have a different email with a direct access in order to send to the user the access to the software.
If an athlete is already registered inside ADEL and have the ADEL certificate, at the moment not required, it must me attached to the form.
The form required to register the athletes inside the IDF ranking is the one called: IDF Ranking Registration Form.
The form must include all athletes that are going to compete in the ranking of Budapest. All the athletes that are competing inside the Champions League must be reported in this former it will not register inside the IDF Ranking. This registration must include also the athletes competing in the sport for all categories. Only the one competing in the sport for all categories are not going to be included inside the previous form to get the IDF License as it is not requested.
The to register a team inside the IDF Champions League, one per team, is named: IDF Champions League Team Registration Form.
In the form it must reported all the data of the team being sure that all the members have a valid IDF License using the proper form to request it.
As already mentioned, all the players registered in the IDF Champions League that would like to compete in the ranking must also be reported in the ranking form.
