ANOMALIE
Telo, ktoré si pamätá. Pohyb, ktorý transformuje.
ANOMALIE je tanečné sólo o bolesti, transformácii a sile, ktorú si človek v sebe nesie, aj keď ju navonok nevidno. ANOMALIE je telo, ktoré sa otvára ako archív a zároveň ako neznámy organizmus – nesie jazvy, odhaľuje cudzorodé časti a zostáva v neustálom procese pretvárania sa.
Tento tanec vznikol z otázky: Čo sa stane, keď sa neodvrátime od temnoty, ale sa do nej ponoríme? Keď pripustíme, že v nás prebýva aj niečo monštruózne, čo sa nedá zaradiť ani vysvetliť?
Choreografia vznikla z práce s pohybovou meditáciou, ktorá otvára iný stav vedomia. Vďaka nemu bolo možné pracovať s biografiou tela – s archívom, ktorý je zapísaný v celom organizme, v každej bunke aj v priestore medzi nimi. Z tohto procesu vyrastala telesná reč, ktorá sa odmieta podriaďovať známym formám a začína odhaľovať vlastné výrazivo – roztrieštené, nejednoznačné, no pravdivé.
Z queer citlivosti tu vyrastá spochybnenie hraníc toho, čo je považované za normálne, krásne či správne. Pohyb sa stáva procesom integrácie: učiť sa načúvať aj tomu, čo je fragmentované, monštruózne či nezrozumiteľné – a zostať s tým v kontakte.
ANOMALIE je priestorom spoluexistencie – s napätím aj hojením, s temnotou aj tvorivou silou odlišnosti. Divák tu má možnosť nebyť len pozorovateľom, ale spolubytosťou, ktorá cíti spoločne s dielom. Jeho vlastné telo sa stáva svedkom i médiom premeny, ktorú nemožno presne pomenovať – ale možno ju precítiť.

🐍🌙 Choreografkin profil
Eva Urbanová získala magisterský titul v choreografii na AMU v Prahe a študovala na Trinity Laban Conservatoire v Londýne. Jej prvé dielo po štúdiách, THE ESSENCE, bolo predstavené na viacerých medzinárodných festivaloch. Získalo prvé miesto na Gdansk Dance Festival, druhé miesto a cenu divákov na Tanz Theatre Stuttgart International Competition a bolo vybrané do programu Slovak Dance Platform. Jej druhé dielo, ANOMALIE, bolo zaradené do hlavného programu Czech Dance Platform. Jej najnovšie dielo, CREATURES OF TOUCH, malo premiéru v Telocvični v Novej Cvernovke v Bratislave.
Eva Urbanová je tanečnica, choreografka a pedagogička slovenského pôvodu, ktorá vo svojej tvorbe skúma tému transformácie, ľudského prepojenia a citlivosti. Jej prax sa sústreďuje na skúmanie zmenených stavov mysle, biografie tela a sily dotyku s cieľom prepojiť sa s tvorivým potenciálom, ktorý je ukrytý v našom podvedomí.
Jej cieľom je spochybňovať spoločenské normy a očakávania, vytvárať priestor, v ktorom telo môže vzdorovať útlaku, znovu si nárokovať svoju autentickosť a obnoviť spojenie s duchovným. Vo svojej „čaro-grafii“ spája prvky tanca, somatických prístupov, experimentálneho dragu a imerzívnych zmyslových zážitkov s cieľom vytvárať performancie, ktoré presahujú materiálnu realitu a podporujú procesy liečenia, ako aj individuálne a kolektívne posilnenie.

ANOMALIE
A body that remembers. A movement that transforms.
ANOMALIE is a dance solo about pain, transformation, and the strength one carries—often invisibly. It is a body that opens like an archive and at the same time like an unfamiliar organism: it bears scars, reveals foreign parts, and remains in a constant state of reshaping.
The piece emerged from the question: What happens when we turn toward darkness instead of away from it? What if we allow the monstrous within us to emerge—what cannot be classified or explained?
The choreography arises from movement meditation, opening up altered states of awareness. From there, the process engages with the biography of the body—an archive inscribed in every cell, in the breath, in the space between tissues. Out of this comes a physical language that refuses known forms and begins to speak in its own voice—fragmented, ambiguous, but honest.
Rooted in queer sensibility, ANOMALIE questions what is considered normal, beautiful, or correct. Movement becomes a practice of integration—learning to stay in contact with what is fragmented, monstrous, or unintelligible.
ANOMALIE creates a space of co-existence—with tension and healing, with darkness and the generative power of difference. The audience is not merely a witness, but a co-being, invited to feel with the work. Their own bodies become witnesses and vessels for a transformation that cannot be fully named—but can be shared.

🐍🌙 Choreographer’s Profile
Eva Urbanová holds a Master's degree in choreography from Prague’s AMU and studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. Her first work after graduation, THE ESSENCE, was presented at several international festivals. It received first prize at the Gdansk Dance Festival, second prize and the audience award at the Tanz Theatre Stuttgart International Competition, and was selected for the Slovak Dance Platform. Her second piece, ANOMALIE, was included in the main program of the Czech Dance Platform. Her latest work, CREATURES OF TOUCH, premiered at Telocvičňa in Nová Cvernovka, Bratislava.
Eva’s work explores transformation, human connection, and sensitivity. Her practice is centered on the exploration of altered states of mind, the biography of the body, and the power of touch, aiming to access the creative potential and deep knowledge embedded within our subconscious. In her work she explores the tension between the known and the unknown, the visible and the invisible, framing the body as a space of magic and transformation.
Her goal is to challenge societal norms and expectations, creating space for the body to resist oppression, reclaim its authenticity, and reconnect with the divine. In her witcho-graphy, she blends elements of dance, somatic practices, experimental drag, and immersive sensory experiences to craft performances that transcend the material realm, fostering processes of healing as well as individual and collective empowerment.
