The morning will be Andre discussing his most successful templates for the most ubiqutous training goals and how to adapt them to different needs and people. What others would call the best "finger in the eye" training templates. Things that get the job done when time and results are on the line. The afternoon course will be Andre going over all the black magic tricks he has collected over the years a coach can use to cause a phyiscal response in their clients to do things like gain ROM, increase firing speed, strength output, etc. Andre will also be available for private work and consults that weekend, so reach out if you are interested.
