Join 2025 DEKA Mile Team World Champions Amber Tait & Chelsie Grant for an exclusive, hands-on DEKA performance workshop designed to help you elevate your execution across every zone.

With a combined 5 World Titles, 14 Elite podium finishes, and a shared World Record, Amber and Chelsie bring unmatched experience, insight, and racing knowledge. There are no two athletes in Canada more qualified to help you refine your DEKA strategy and performance than this duo.

12:00–3:00 PM | DEKA Performance Workshop
This 3-hour workshop will focus on:

• Efficiency in all DEKA zones
• Smart pacing strategies to avoid burnout
• Transitions that save time and energy
• Common mistakes that cost athletes minutes on race day
• Practical cues you can apply immediately to training and competition

Workshop Cost: $125 + Eventbrite Fee

3:00–4:00 PM | DEKA STRONG Simulation (Optional Add-On)
Put everything you learned into action with a live DEKA STRONG-style simulation. This is an opportunity to practice race execution, pacing, and transitions under fatigue while receiving real-time coaching feedback.

Workshop & Simulation: $150 + Eventbrite Fee

Athletes may register for the workshop only or choose to do both the workshop and the DEKA STRONG simulation.
