Sanctuary is taking 10 years of Let’s Retreat on a road trip to…Branson, MO! Let’s Gather, a mini-conference for ministry wives, will combine all the best elements of a Let’s Retreat while making room for a few more guests to join the fun!

Let's Gather is a two-day, two-night mini-conference for ministry wives, set for Sept 29-Oct 1, 2026. The hybrid combo of retreat and conference formats will provide a unique event for women who are married and in vocational ministry alongside their husbands. It features a flexible schedule with time to rest, connect, receive ministry, and linger in the presence of God.

All Let's Gather attendees must stay on property at Lodge of the Ozarks (Branson, MO).

1. Each individual guest should register for the Let's Gather mini-conference through this portal.
2. Call Renee [417.335.2555] at Lodge of the Ozarks in Branson, MO to reserve your room with Sanctuary for two nights--Sept 29-Oct 1, 2026. Room rates vary based on number of guests per room (max 4 guests per room). Hotel lodging will be payable upon check-in, paid by one guest per room.

Info: Check-in for Let's Gather '26 begins at 1pm on Tuesday, September 29, in the Crystal Hall Meeting Room at Lodge of the Ozarks. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served, allowing guests to mingle with one another upon arrival. The Intro session begins promptly at 1:30pm, so plan to arrive between 1 and 1:20pm for Conference Check-In. All guests will be able to check into hotel room after the Intro Session.

Info: The Intro Session for Let's Gather is the first impression for the entire event. So, it's not something you'll want to miss! It sets the tone for all that Let's Gather is about. In this session we will hear from event host Bridgette Tomlin, connect with one another, and take a much needed breath, preparing for the respite just ahead.

Info: As the Intro Session concludes, the Lodge of the Ozarks staff will help you get settled into your reserved room and relaxing in record time! You'll quickly discover that the pace slows a little here, strategically placed for you to unpack, relax, enjoy the property, connect with a new or familiar friend, maybe even consider a nap!

Info: We don't want to waste any time, pumping fresh life and encouragement into you! The Let's Gather team will provide a variety of stellar breakout sessions throughout the conference. Come ready to grow and be refreshed!

Info: Let's Gather meals are delicious, comforting, connecting, and so much more! Our catered dining will ensure you never push away from the table hungry, but still have plenty of time for the authentic connection that this event is known for. There'll be no rushing off to the next event as you'll leisurely dine and dish with your new friends.

Info: Each Worship + Word session will include a sacred time in God's presence as we linger and allow the Holy Spirit do all He desires to do. You'll grow through the teaching and preaching of our featured guest speaker, but also drink deeply in an atmosphere that you aren't required to lead.

Info: There's nothing quite like a Let's Gather After Party! Plan to enjoy some fun snacks, music, and conversation with one another. When you're ready to hit the hay, you're free to head to your room. Rest is a priority at Let's Gather, however you uniquely find it.
