Generosity of Spirit: A Kundalini Immersion

Join Lana Bluege for an equally grounding and uplifting Kundalini workshop to help honor our blessings and calm holiday chaos.

The end of the year can be stressful for many, taking a toll on the mind and the body. By focusing on compassion and spreading your own roots into the earth, you can find balance and the ability to bend with any situation that may arise.

In this 2 hour workshop we will work to uncover compassion and strength that is deep within the body and reboot the nervous system to end the year with gratitude and ease.
What to expect:
Heart Centering and Mantra Meditations
Breath work
Grounding and Invigorating movements & postures from the Kundalini tradition
Deep Rest
