TRW2025 Tipi Raisings and Teachings

The Community Tipi Raisings and Teachings event is for everyone! By participating, you are helping create the site for events and activities for Truth and Reconciliation Week 2025. 🧡

Join us at the Riverbank Discovery Centre by the picnic shelters on Monday, September 29th, starting at 1:30PM.

Teachings and instruction for raising tipis will be led by helper Deborah Tacan. You do not have to sign up or register a team. Participants will be sorted into groups to make sure everyone has a chance to participate and take in the teachings.

Remember to dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear!
