Whether you've given birth for the first or third time, you're in uncharted territory & you deserve care, connection & support.

Come connect with myself & other moms who are walking the postpartum journey, in a safe setting led by a Maternal Mental Health Specialist (hi, thats me �).

This is a closed group with a maximum of 6 participants to ensure adequate support for all.
