Mantra & Movement: A Sacred Ritual for the Autumnal Equinox

Honor the Autumnal Equinox with a nourishing workshop led by Sallie Rivers. The sacred pause between summer and fall is a chance to realign, reset, and come back to center.
Through intention setting, all-levels yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, partner connection, and chanting, we’ll explore the themes of balance, inner harmony, and cyclical transformation. As we move through this seasonal threshold, you'll be guided to clear old energy, connect deeply to your body, and welcome what's next with presence and clarity.

Expect to move, breathe, chant, and connect in ways that gently open the heart while anchoring you into your own inner wisdom.
All levels welcome. No experience needed. Come as you are.
