In this workshop you will:
Discover the ancient history and modern science behind Kundalini Yoga.
Understand the purpose of mantras and mudras, vibration and sound, and tension release.
Learn how to activate the “technology” of the mind and body through stimulating the central nervous system.
Experience energy flow.
Practice techniques that encourage “mental breakthroughs”, help to manage addictive and/or compulsive behaviors, enhance lung capacity, improve sleep, and strengthen the immune system.
This workshop is suitable for all level practitioners.
