In this 2-hour mindful movement workshop, we’ll explore why the hips often feel stuck and what actually helps them feel supported again — without forcing, pushing, or aggressive stretching.
This workshop blends:
Gentle hip check-ins to notice how your body moves today
Myofascial release to soften tension and calm the nervous system
Simple, accessible strength and balance work to re-teach the hips how to support you
Mindfulness woven throughout so you learn to listen instead of override
A grounding, hip-centered guided meditation to help everything settle and integrate
This is not a “fix your hips” workshop.
It’s a learn how your hips work and how to work with them workshop.
