Summer Solstice Somatic Journey

Let's celebrate the most longest day of sunlight of the year!

Join Katie in celebrating the New Summer Season by embracing release through gentle playful somatic yoga (a type of yoga movement designed to release stored stressed emotions in the body) and breath-work to relax your nervous system. Rest into a relaxing sound meditation with Ocean Drum and Crystal Singing Bowls followed by pulling an Earth Spirit Oracle card to set the mood for embracing nature, renewal and abundance! Stay for some cucumber mint infused water, fruits, crackers and dip. ($40/pp)
