👋 W E L C O M E !
At each circle, we begin with grounding and a short meditation. This week, we’ll take that practice further—inviting a deeper exploration of our inner landscape. We’ll move beyond simple grounding and relaxation, invoking an expanded imagination, visualization, felt perception, and intuitive awareness of our spirit, or essence. The intention is to step outside our usual state of consciousness and uncover the unique gifts waiting there for each of us. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to explore subtle energy.

🌈 WHY JOIN US?
We are an inclusive space for all queer/gay/bi/ace/questioning men—a place to show up as you are, without judgment. Our gatherings are rooted in honesty, respect, and openness.
At the heart of the circle is a vision to nurture authentic connection, trust, and brotherhood. You’ll be invited to share your personal experiences, practice open communication, and grow your confidence. Through discourse and guided exercises, we strengthen mind–body awareness, explore the meaning behind our life experiences, and uncover the unique gifts we each carry.
The group is not a substitute for therapy, but together we form a safe space for peer support, growth, and healing potential. You’re free to bring whatever matters most to you—not only topics of sexuality or orientation. Here, we face who we are, bravely share that, and feel empowered in the process.
Join us to deepen your self-understanding and nourish true camaraderie, while on this path of conscious development to realizing your greater potential.
A warm welcome awaits all returning and new faces!

📋 F O R M A T
This is a typical outline for our circles. But each gathering may alter this format to suit the theme or intention for the day.
● Our circle opens with a setting of intention for our gathering, with brief introductions when new participants join.
● A short guided meditation or grounding practice follows, to help create a sense of calm and receptivity.
● Next is an opening check-in, where we practice somatic awareness and reflect on how each of us is arriving today.
● We commonly engage in an exercise, or a movement practice, for us to connect and spark our sharing spirit.
● The bulk of our time is the sharing circle. The group size determines how many folks take a turn to share what feels most alive on the heart and mind. Processes may be offered to help unpack complex situations, and peer feedback (if welcomed) is offered, not as advice, but through curious questions or relatable life experiences that may offer new insight. We nurture one another with care while taking responsibility for our own feelings.
● Often a theme is offered as an anchor for sharing, but the circle is foremost an opportunity to explore what is most uniquely alive for you—whether tender, challenging, or just asking for your attention. This is your space to share bravely, move through discomfort, and integrate what’s ready.
● If you feel uncertain on what to share, you can reflect on the life domains and ponder what calls attention for more nurturing: Family Relationships \ Friendship Relations \ Romantic Relationships \ Physical Health \ Mental Health \ Finances \ Career & Purpose \ Fun & Leisure \ Spirituality
● The circle closes with a check-out, offering appreciations, clearing any tensions, or sharing final thoughts.
● You are also encouraged to bring a journal if you use one; we may use powerful reflection prompts, or you may wish to capture your own insights and experiences.
