On Wednesday, October 8, Brampton’s business community will pick up hard hats at the first-ever Brampton Mayor’s Build Day hosted by Habitat for Humanity GTA in partnership with the Brampton Board of Trade.

With housing affordability at crisis levels in Brampton, this is your chance to take meaningful action. Every wall raised helps create safe, affordable homes for families who already live and work here.

• Take real action: Help build 12 new affordable homes at 25 William Street, part of two new Habitat GTA communities in Brampton.
  
• Lead by example: Show Brampton that business leaders are stepping up to tackle housing affordability.

Event Details

• Date: Wednesday, October 8, 2025
  
• Shifts: Morning (8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) or Afternoon (12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)
  
• Cost: $250 per participant
  
  Your registration fee is treated as a charitable donation to Habitat GTA (eligible for a tax receipt).
  
• What’s included: Training, PPE, supervision, hearty lunch, and networking.
  
• No experience required: Habitat GTA Crew Leads provide everything you need.
  
• Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
