Yoga and Mindfulness at Lum Park

Please join us this summer for all levels Hatha style yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation at the Lum Park.
Saturdays: June 14th, July 12 and 19th, August 9 and 16th @ 11 AM.
Bring a mat and water.
Each session is 60 minutes.
The cost for the class is $15 for each person. Adolescents 10-16 of age practice free with paid adult. You can also get a pack of 5 classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130 and use them at the Lum Park or Carnegie Wellness studio.
