Community Soul Care - Every Tuesday

In the midst of the chaos and fear, the violence and anger, you may be feeling scared, anxious, distressed, overwhelmed, isolated, or maybe you simply want to be in a calm and quiet space with other people during these distressing times.

You are invited and encouraged to come and tend to your soul, your spirit, your heart, your nervous system. This time is for you to unplug, meditate, pray, light a candle, breathe, reset. Stay as briefly or as long as you need.

Everyone is welcome regardless of faith practice or tradition.
