Join Mid Minnesota Mortgage Loan Officers Veronica Franzen and Ginger House as they provide and overview of different mortgage loan types, including: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo Loans and Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARM) versus Fixed-Rate Mortgages. They’ll also review the pros and cons of each option, scenarios where the a certain loan type may be best suited, down payment and eligibility requirements.

This seminar is free, in partnership with Brainerd Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity and Fergus Falls Habitat, but requires registration to attend.
