About the event

Black Friday Flow and Restore

This intentional practice creates space for connection to ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally. Finding balance in our practice and in ourselves.

The first 45 minutes of this class is slow flow vinyasa yoga connecting breath to movement allowing the body and muscles to warm up. The remaining 30 minutes of class will move to the ground and shift to restorative yoga.

This is an all levels class.
