Michael Simic AKA Mikelangelo performs his new solo show, In the Belly of the Whale, at the Braidwood Old Sunday School Hall on Saturday 4 October at 8pm and Sunday 5 October at 3pm as part of the QPRC Arts Trail.
Created with Bungendore-based director Tracy Bourne, this rollicking and revealing tale is funny, emotional and full of unexpected twists and turns. Told through original songs, stories, comedy and physical theatre, Simic brings us along on his wild journey of being a father, a son, a husband and an artist.
These Braidwood shows kick off a tour that will take in Melbourne, Canberra and Wollongong, with more shows on the horizon for 2026. All ages are welcome, full price $30, concession $20 and free entry for children under 15. Tickets via Humantix or at the door. Doors open half an hour before the show. See you there!
