The route guided by myself, food, nutrition, electrolytes, water will be provided (Details in discussion)
Transport will be via car share from Broughty Ferry & drivers will be subsidised (Details in discussion), leaving Broughty Ferry Castle (harbour) at 0500 for a 0600 start in Glen Doll.
Before participation is confirmed there will be a few short questions to gauge fitness levels (Details to come)
I must stress, this is a physical challenge & as you will appreciate, safety is paramount.
As such & given this will be done as a group, I need to be comfortable that participants will manage the route in a given time.
