Brought to you by Over the Moon Art Studios of Asbury Park. Dive into the tranquil and mesmerizing world of Suminagashi, the ancient Japanese art of floating ink on water to create stunning, one-of-a-kind prints. Translating to "floating ink," this meditative practice combines artistry and mindfulness as you guide pigments across the water’s surface with a delicate brush.

In this immersive 2-hour workshop, you’ll:
- Learn the fascinating history behind this time-honored technique.
- Explore the artistic possibilities of Suminagashi with hands-on practice.
- Receive expert guidance as you master brush control and pattern creation.
All supplies are included, and no experience is necessary—this class is perfect for beginners! You'll leave with a collection of your own beautiful marbled prints and the skills to continue exploring this art form at home.
Ages 10 and up are welcome.
