Yin Yoga – Spring Unfolding is a deeply nourishing practice designed to gently guide you from winter’s inward rest into spring’s growth and renewal.
Yin offers a powerful counterbalance to our busy, yang-dominated lives. Practised slowly and mostly on the ground, poses are held for longer periods to stimulate the fascia and connective tissues — supporting hydration, mobility, and healthy energy flow throughout the body.
This spring-inspired session focuses on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, traditionally linked to:
