Leadership McKean and High Performance invite you to participate in a leadership development workshop.
Next Level Leadership: Building a Leadership Culture is a dynamic workshop that equips leaders to harness their personal energy, lead with empathy and trust, build feedback-rich environments, and develop resilience. Through engaging teaching, real-world stories, and interactive exercises, participants leave with tools they can immediately apply to their leadership and workplace culture. This session will be facilitated by Bill Cox, a John Maxwell certified coach, and Ray Kuneli of the High Performance Team.
The event will take place on Friday, October 10th from 1:00PM to 4:00PM in the Mukaiyama University Room, Frame-Westerberg Commons, University of Pittsburgh at Bradford (300 Campus Drive, Bradford, PA, 16701). The registration fee for these afternoon participation is $49 per person. Training sessions will include:
1. The Stuff of Great Cultures – Explore purpose, empathy, trust, and accountability as the ingredients of strong cultures.
2. Building a Culture of Feedback – Practice CLEAR feedback, peer feedback exercises, and strategies for creating a feedback-friendly culture.
3. Develop a Resilient Mindset – Learn the 4 Truths about Failure, practice shifting self-talk, and build resilience personally and organizationally.
The registration fee for these afternoon participation is $49 per person.
