✅ Certification Requirements:
Complete RASM’s 7.5-hour class and earn a score of 70 or more on the written exam.
Submit your CWS application and $20 application fee.
Provide documentation of 2 qualifying waterfront transactions within 24 months.

Use of the CWS acronym, name, and logo
Access to RASM’s exclusive waterfront resources
Your name listed in RASM’s Certified Waterfront Specialist database
