Fair Housing is more than a requirement—it’s a cornerstone of ethical and professional real estate practice. This course will give you the tools to recognize prohibited practices, understand protected classes, and apply best practices in advertising, marketing, and client service.

You’ll also explore topics like steering, redlining, and bias, while learning how to provide reasonable accommodations and access resources for your clients. By the end, you’ll be equipped to serve a diverse market with confidence and compliance.
