Join E-RYT 500, YACEP, Angela Simone, for a slow, purposeful practice balancing Sthira and Sukha — effort and ease. With the support of props, we’ll explore how these qualities come together in a variety of poses including inversions and backbends. This practice will guide the body and mind towards effortless power, quiet strength, and a deep nourishing rest.
