RockFit at Firebug (AUG)

GET FIT FOR CHARITY with Fran B at Firebug!
This class is going to be a little different and we're trying to get as many of you involved as possible!

There is a suggested donation (for charity) but it's very much pwyf for this month!

RockFit combines dance and fitness to bring you a wonderful time of flailing fun - to rock and metal music!
The classes are designed to be accessible for all capabilities, and all the profits go to local charities LAMP and TRADE!

PLUS Firebug grants all participants 20% off their food afterwards, so we can enjoy some curly fries guilt free and have a natter with some fellow nutters - CLASS!
