Create & Relax – A Half Term Creative Gathering

I’m Eliza and I live in Bracknell.
I run my home atelier, Inti Atelier, where creativity meets relaxation and mindful expression. I recently started the HICAT – Holistic Integrated Creative Art Therapy course, a one-year training that deepens my understanding of how art can support wellbeing.

I also run regular art sessions for residents in a local care home, creating space for connection and gentle self-expression.


In the future, I would love to offer creative workshops for different groups — including children with their parents, young people, adults.


During this free Art & Craft workshop, I invite you to create something with your hands. My focus is not only on the final product, but on the creative process itself — the quiet moments, the textures, and the experience of being present. I wish for you to relax as much as possible.
