Time to burn off that Turkey and make room for the New Year festivities!
Branch Committee member Lisa invites you to join her for a social limbo-week bimble around Swinley Forest on Monday 29th December. Family members (2 and 4 legged) are also welcome.
As we all know, walking is important for our physical and mental health, and who better to walk with than others with common interests.
You can join her at 9.30am outside the visitors’ centre (by the coffee) at The Look Out Discovery Centre, Nine Mile Ride, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 7QW. Parking is available - £3.80 for up to 4 hours and free for blue badge holders. The car park can get very busy, so car sharing is suggested, where at all possible.
The route can/will be adapted according to whoever turns up, but the footpaths around the forest are well maintained and accessible for most users. We anticipate to be walking for 1-2 hours, back just in time for lunch!
Whatever the weather, come rain or shine, Lisa will be there so please wrap up warm, put your best walking boots on and join her for some good winter fresh air!
